In most cases, a custom course will include the issuing of a Certificate of Awareness. This means that it is an unregulated course and as a business it would be your responsibility should a person attending the course make a judgement in error. All companies would need to check with their policies and insurance agents that the Certificate of Awareness covers their needs. It is normally the case that these certificates are not transferable between businesses. (A sample certificate and course outline can be produced if required at an additional cost).
